Hi! Welcome to my new website. Thank you for being here and checking out my blog.

I hope you’ve had a chance to read through my website and see what I have to offer. If you have or are working within the disability, aged care, or human/community services sector, you may have an external audit coming up that you’d like a bit of expert guidance on. here’s also NDIS self-assessments to do, and you might not know where to begin. You might need your policies and procedures reviewed. Perhaps you’d like to outsource your quality management activities to free up time for service delivery? Or maybe you just need your documents proofread. My services range from simple, administration tasks, to providing you with knowledge and expertise about compliance and conforming to quality standards.

As you may have read elsewhere on my website, I have a lot of experience working in and for NDIS, aged care, and human/community services. I’m also an external auditor, assessing organisations against the NDIS Practice Standards and the Human Services Quality Standards (QLD). I also have experience working with the ISO 9001:2015 standards. I am very proud to be part of the sector, and after all these years still love learning about what organisations do and how you are helping your clients.

I understand that there are currently cost constraints within the sector. Many of our funding models have changed, needs have increased, and finances are stretched. The government has said that quality is “the cost of doing business”, but I personally think they have failed to adequately fund the cost of compliance in the funding and payments that organisations receive. Quality standards are wonderful for the sector, and compliance is necessary for accountability, consistency, and transparency. But it means that many organisations are doing it tough.

I’m not just another quality consultant. Firstly, there’s only me, so you’ll definitely get a personalised service! I will usually answer your query within the same day, or within 24 hours. I will never leave you hanging for a response. I don’t beat around the bush - you will have my full honesty and independent opinion. Most of all, I want you to succeed.
